The Intercooler also came from the MR2 and was mounted in front of the
radiator. Inlet and outlet pipes where welded together from standard 90
Deg Bends with rubber joiners. 
Three internal panels needed 2" holes cut for pipes. This was done with a hand drill and hole saw.

Like the Supercharger the Intercooler only just fits in

The intercooler installation was quite different in the 1300. Because it only has two headlights and different front paneling i was able to install both the oil cooler and the intercooler at the front. Unfortunately this blocks off almost all the air from the radiator and on a 37 degree day the car runs a little bit hot and the SC can't really be used

Unfortunately the different front meant i had to remake all the intercooler pipe work
